Rescue Girls and Women transformation Center
We work with young girls and women to promote gender equality and build their capacity through vocational trainings such as tailoring, knitting, hairstyle, and cooking.
Founded in 2019, REGIWO is empowering women through christ -centred approach.
- To advocate and raise awareness of people to protect girls and women against domestic violence, rape and sexual harassment.
- To educate girls and women on how to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
- To empower girls and women with income generating projects for their self-economic development.
- To build the capacity of girls and women in creating jobs through vocational trainings such as tailoring, knitting, hairstyle and cooking.
- Raising a voice for the women and children.
- Girl child education.
- Cultivating their giftings and potentials early.
- Creating a good platform climate for girls and younger women to share their fears, struggles, pains and problems without fear of repercussion.
- Empowering younger women to empower the communities.
- Training and counseling women and all mothers in the communities.
